Various changes due to a different XML handling in 
Processing 2.0.
Added the function GenerativeDesign.loadXMLAsync2 because
laodXMLAsync only works in Processing 1.X

Two of the example sketches (Tablet.pde and Mesh.pde) didn't 
work due to a strange naming problem (as long as the sketch had
the same name as the class, 'this' in the code worked a bit
differently).
